I'm not at all enthralled by this signing but your statement would apply to any new signing, it was certainly said when kiko arrived and it did nothing to upset the dressing room then. I think he'll obviously be on par with the highest earners but no more

 

The difference was that we didn't pay £30m for Kiko before we paid his wages. Even players realise the value of running down their contracts.

The only way James would play would be if Raphinha moved to the middle. I was replying to your post which said James would be replacing Harrison by the end of the season. There's no way that'll happen, Bielsa won't improve James that much. Raphinha tracks back, Harrison tracks back, I can't see James doing so.
