The crusades were created by Lords and Barons who took a plea from the Church to save them and turned it into bloody land grabs for themselves.

The conquistadors were soldiers of the Spanish and Portuguese who created empires for themselves.

The inquisition rooted our heresy but it was secular courts that passed judgement and only 2000 people approx were ever put to death by these secular courts.

At any one time there are 500k priests and in 50 years of cases raised there have been 3000 accusations made. If that's 60 priests out of 500k a year it is not industrial
