Not sure that only clubs who've won the Premier League should be allowed to decide for everyone else - gives too much power to Blackburn.
Sounds good to me IA, split the Premier League so only the winners are the elite, so then we can just leave them four teams just playing one another every month, Liverpool and the rest will then be forced in to Premier League Two, then for the remainder of us, everything remains unchanged and enjoying our lower league football. That way, the two Premier Leagues, should cause enough chaos, for the walls to fall down around their ears, which in turn will give the game back to us traditionalists and will leave the so called elite, pleading with us on bended knees to give them game. Ok, I'll wake up now!
