In that definition, as well as the long standing definition from the various medical bodies, it is not experimental, which makes any further claims relating to the Nuremberg Code meaningless.

No medicine has gone straight to production and tested on mankind under state of emergency measures like this so of course it's experimental. Nobody knows what the long term effects are on humans that have taken these shots . We are only just discovering that it only works for a couple of months and it doesn't stop you catching it . The science was telling us that they all had 96% plus efficiency when they first rolled it out , turns out they got it wrong. I wonder how many of us knowing what we do now would have refused to be shot with it ? My sister is livid she's perfectly healthy and took it so she can just hop on a plane to visit mum in Spain without testing or masks as she's fully vaccinated. Her husband tested positive 6 weeks after his second jab but she didn't.

There's no "probably" about it Archie, you don't know and no one knows. I can look at your state of affairs and see why you took the gammon shot but surely, anyone with half a brain, can see there is absolutely no point in vaccinating kids now that we know that the shot doesn't stop you getting CV19 nor passing it on and only nine under 19s have died with CV19 and all had severe comorbidities. On the other hand, the frequency of myocarditis in young males is serious cause for concern for anyone with a teenage son. My own experience from people I know who took the shot is not good, I have grave reservations about it and why it's being rolled out, across the Western world and the role of the billionaire maniacs at the WEF who want to usher in the 4th Industrial Revolution and biometric passports, digital currencies and mass surveillance. How many dead or injured will it take for the totally not at all dangerous; not experimental, not actually a vaccine roll out to be halted or stopped ? If all the dead or injured are part and parcel of the program then it's by design and genocide. I agree that the circumstances are different and the people that drafted the Nuremberg Code didn't envisage what's happening today globally in lock step .
