I'm sure they were singing that to Akinfenwa as it was after 'your tits are always offside'

I am not sure on the rules here. I think of the ref doesnt include it in his report then sanctions cam be brought, i.e. a straight red for violent play in retrospect. Hopefully that is an EFL thing. The rugby lads have their citing process which is great as it allows clubs to directly bring a case. Not sure footy does the same?

Just thinking about Wycombe and their model. It seems that Ainsworth has created this horrible approach to the game and sportsmanship. When he goes or is sacked any new manager is going to either be cut from the same cloth or have a massive job on his hands. Ainsworth himself seems to be getting a reputation that wont get him much higher up the football food chain. To me the whole attitude seems to be self destructive. I know lads who support championship clubs who said they stunk the place out with their approach. I dont buy into this lower budget club levelling the playing field either as so far we have seen MK and Wimbledon play good stuff. Fortunately football on the whole is moving on at L1 and 2 level with more teams wanting yo get it down and play from the back.

Never looked at their ratings for at least a couple of years. I am not knocking them for electing Stewart and Embleton (even though Winchester was mine) but I noticed in the past if they had a grudge against a player, no mater how well they played they would get a 5 or a 4.

I havent looked at the ratings yet but O9, the rifleman & Neil were superb. The rest were merely outstanding.

I thought he was their best player. Was surprised when he got subbed 1st. Bugger never seen team names. I just assumed he was the bloke.

Agreed totally. They won't progress and neither will he. Only one way of playing and he had a shot at championship and got tanked. Punched above their level for too long. I hope they **** off back to L2 or beyond. Awful 'style' of play.

    Three things struck me tonight.

Firstly it made me kick the cat up a height again over Burton.

Secondly, just imagine if we still had Jones, Power, Leadbitter, Graham, Maguire, Wyke.

Thirdly, Mrs Smug for punching a dent in the ceiling when the third went in.

What a change there's been in this club.
