Lots on here thought they were quite average after our game against them and said they’d be mid-table. I said they’ll be in the play-offs. They looked a lot better going forward than Bournemouth did today. Bournemouth are probably the best defensive team we’ve played so far.

    Good game, enjoyed that

Obviously most of us would have taken a point beforehand, and we could have easily nicked it at the end.

An important point that today. No doubt we need to build on the creativity side, create chances, get back into the scoring habit, but hugely important to have stopped the rot of losing. With the international break beckoning, it would have been demoralising for the youngsters to have taken another loss or beating. In comparison, they must now be buzzing that they have gone toe to toe with one of the promotion contenders and got a point, building a bit of belief. Yes, no denying we need to improve, we rode our luck at times, but a good game and good point. Good to see Thudd’s class again.

Enjoyed the game, I said at HT some good football played, only improvement would have been a few more shots, however such a young side out there with Tom been the leader. Good point against a decent side at this level and a confidence booster going into the international break. At corners they had 3/4 very big lads in fact Louie coyle marking that giant number 5 was a concern however they stopped playing the ball in the air second half which I couldn’t understand but was a relief. Overall you have to be happy with a point.

I thought Potter was our poorest player today by a distance. Enjoyed Williams when he came on.

So many times today he tried to take the ball past their players and just knocked it into their shins and lost possession. He’s still a raw talent and his decision-making can leave a lot to be desired at times.

I don't disagree, but I think KLP's merit has always been as a penalty box predator primarily. And currently we just don't really create chances, so I think it's a little bit harsh to judge him. If something clear cut falls his way I'd trust him to score, but nothing clear cut is falling to anyone at the moment, even if we did play well today.

Very good point against a side that will finish in the top 6.
Also a confidence boost before the international break.
Players to come back for Swansea and hopefully an experienced head to come in.
I have to say Hudds is still one hell of a player.

Yep, that's what I keep alluding too (the role that suits him best and how I think he played successfully when younger). In that respect, it's not that we don't really create chances (for him), it's that he's way out wide so much of the time. I don't think it's getting the best out of him.
