Make sure they know that every goal adds another £1M to the price tag which is already away above £10M.
This is the 100th meeting between Cardiff City and Bristol City in all competitions, with the first coming all the way back in January 1915 in an FA Cup tie, won 2-0 by the Robins. I was reading this and I thought to Masky, I bet Billy boy5551 saw this game! Toilet humour joke book for sale, buy before Dai Jones nicks it!
No idea how we are losing this. Miles the better team. Not playing well but Bristol City are terrible. Poor keeping by Phillips.
Like the same fixture last season - one down and miss chances. Their keeper on form whilst ours gifts them a goal.
Smithies is far better than Phillips. They actually look worse than last season so what does that say about us.?
Awful management by MM. The team weren’t performing so he’s just about to bring on subs; we score a streaky goal, and he doesn’t make the changes. And guess what the team continue to play as we did at 0-1 and only changes it when we concede again. That is rank bad management.
I agree but we are dominated in possession which we never do. We clearly lack a creative spark. Losing that is some achievement. I even thought some of the wurzels looked out of shape. Baker looked like he had a beer gut. Their sub was good though and 2 good finishes by Weimann. But they look all over a bottom 6 outfit. Saying that we are mid table at best but this league is so poor a bit of quality and we could kick on.
The lack of quality throughout both teams was so patent. No goal in 5 first half’s and still only headed goals. Our entire team were just off it today in every way - the crossing was poor, mistimed headers and so little creativity through the midfield. You watch the better teams play 5 at the back and their passing and movement is so good. City are amateurs at it, in particular Bagan who just hits it and hopes. Everyone had a poor game today, Morrison and naturally Bacuna in particular. Gifted a distinctly average Bristol 3 points.
The sooner Bowen Colwill both Davieses McGuinness and Harris start regularly the better. I’m not holding my breath and I’ll continue to suffer static midfield play and hoofball etc but surely to goodness there’s some PL reserves desperate for football who are better than our journeymen. Still dismayed the claim gave dinosaur Mick a contract.
In fairness the Wurzels had done their homework and defended well against our Luftwafe. Regrettably our errors resulted in both goals. 1. Bagan went walkabout upfield (he has done this before), Nelson was too slow to cover (again) and Phillips didn't know whether to stick or twist. 2. Fannying around with ball on the edge of our box, Bacuna gave it away (for the umpteenth time), and Sang made a poor judgement of the cross, missed his header and Weimann had a free shot. At least we had another headed goal, even if it was off the back of their keeper's head. Doh!!!
Glen's erudite report. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport...kCopy&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar The main point I would take issue with is about Murphy not being in the squad. The main cause of discussion amongst fans. Wtf is he talking about? We all agree Murphy is sh1te.
