It might give Martial the kick up the jacksie he so desperately needs... And the others should be able to learn a lot from him. Given the amount of positions they cover, they'll probably be playing with him as much as under him.
Martial is finished, the other 3 would be best served by learning off the top talent at the club in both attitude and application. When i say Martial is finished i am talking about his general attitude, it's very possible that he could turn his game around if he can motivate himself.
Every time you lose posession you sub all your forwards off and bring your defenders on, then back again once you regain the ball. Would be a bloody nightmare.
