True, not even in Wigan home of the most successful rugby league club of them all.

A few goals in this game I think, difficult one to predict because they are a very decent side however 2.1 to us.

All optimism consigned to dust bin until we see a fit Honeymonster, Wilks and Hudd. 1-3.

What's the crowd tomorrow then ? Recently relegated Premier League club in town. Traditional 3.00 Saturday afternoon kick off that every one was craving for only a couple of months ago. No restrictions. Beer on sale. Possible start for one of our greatest ever players in Tom Huddlestone. New signing from Sheffield United too likely to make his debut. Club wanting to bounce back after three straight defeats.
Last chance to see The Tigers in action at home for ages.
    So ? Less then 10,000 ?
Every one packing in Botanic ? Tuning into illegal streams ? Or cannot be arsed ? Which is it ?.

Don’t know what the attendance was last night for FC v Castleford. The ground looked barren of spectators. No wonder Adam Pearson is worried about the future of the game. Catalans yes that french team in an English league get around 1,000 fans per game. The leaders of the so called Super League. 12 teams in the league mainly in the M62 corridor. 12 months to sort it apparently. The third tier sport looks in severe trouble.

On the other hand lost 3 home games in a row, then lost again last weekend at Fulham, another relegated premier league team ( who are predicted to be a promotion challenger ) coming to town. People go to see a winning team and less go when things are going bad, sad but true.

Not all have the wide swings as City have down the years. Has always been the case since I started going in 1963.

If Brookes is allowed to run at us, I fear he'll tear us a new one.
    Away win.

Hopefully Hudds, Longman & Tyler will start tomorrow it needs freshening up.
If we do I can see a 2-1 City win but if it’s the same team as last week 3-0 Bournemouth
Attendance wise it will be ****e like it always is with us rattling around a half empty stadium something we deserve to have the piss taken out of us for.

Still struggling to see how we'll score if we line up like we did v QPR, Derby and Fulham, we need something different, Magennis needs someone to play off him. Is Tyler Smith that man? Buggered if I know. I thought Bernard looked good last week, deserves another go imo and I'd like to see more of Emmanuel (but he won't answer my phone calls :emoticon-0102-bigsm ). We'll struggle, a point would be a result.

Can't be arsed - good weather means bike out and bimble to Squires Cafe with mates; mooch round the Auto Jumble, good coffee and good company. Scruffy 1-0 to City and 8,926 on the gate.
