Another poor selection with Winks and Lo Celso in midfield again and Doherty at RB... Because they really lit the place up in the previous leg. Can't tell if it's 3ATB or 4231 though. Is Sess LWB or LW in a three with Gil and Lucas? Hopefully Kane puts this lot to bed though, need him too. Only good thing this time is that we've got some firepower on the bench this time should things be going wrong. EDIT: I will add though that I'm looking forward to hopefully some Gil and Kane link up. We know Kane drops deep nowadays and I think there can be potential for some good pass and move between the two. Lucas hopefully provides a threat down that right that was non existent the other week.
Are Spurs taking this tournament seriously or is it just another notch in their passports!!!!? COYS! (I hope!)
I'm interested to see a back 3 as it (in theory) should allow our FBs to get on the front foot more. Certainly suits Sess and Reg whilst nothing suits our RBs who are both turd. The biggest issue is a CM of Winks and Lo celso offers as much resistance as a tissue in a downpour which means our backline might be pinned back. However, Pacos offered almost nothing in the first leg and despite DH's favourite player starting again, I think we should have more than enough to win. (I've checked myself in to RCL's office don't worry)
Would really like to see Ryan Sessegnon have a good game tonight. I still think there’s a diamond in there, he just needs to get going.
Gollini has had two big blunders in five minutes. Bryan is a pleasure to watch...and he sets up Kane for the goal.
We look so much more comfortable with a back 4 and of course, with a focal point up top who is the opposite of an inexperienced teenager, no matter how promising Scarlett is. Gio looking bright too.
