    Just the way it is. Exactly same thing happened under Rafa with Gibson. Its the managers we've had and their attitudes towards young players.

    They don't see them getting a chance so think **** that. The only way you get them to stay for a bit is if you give young players loads of chances like Palace, Everton, Leeds or Southampton. Or these dyson of a ****ing football clubs will just hoover all your talent.
