Those amounts of money are insane. Imagine being able to afford to buy a really nice house every single week. In one year you could solve homelessness in your own town.

Ah I'm sure if he lives in a big town he'd need 2 years <ok>

Sadly it's still not solve homelessness cos some folk just cant keep a house or dont want to. But its make a big dent.

Remember bale was on 600k per week and still is so hes it exactly bothered to do much has he.

I remember reading about a study done once where a homeless man was given a significant chunk of money and observed for a year. I don't remember the exact amount he was given, I'll say $50k, but I don't know that was right.

Anyhow, within a few months he was homeless again. Unfortunately, I feel like, if you built houses for homeless people, unless you also paid their upkeep too, those homeless people would very quickly have to sell those houses and move out again.

What most homeless people need is a way to reliably make money. Unfortunately many of them suffer mental Illnesses and stresses which make them hard to employee so they can't get steady income

Sounds crazy but some just don't want to be homed, they're used to being in the street and being in a house feels foreign to them.

(I've had a bit of experience of this through work)

We do have two very good human beings in Salah and Mané who have both built schools, hospitals and homes in their home towns. So whatever wages they ever manage to negotiate for themselves, I will have no problem with.

I think most can get out of it these days given the financial crash had a major impact allied with a festering tory sore where they let rents fly.

There are a group of people who have serious issues that need different services and a lot of them are not willing to accept help and services just then and there. Its not easy.

375k per week would help a lot of families that are struggling all the time.

It's funny how we used to talk about lads kicking about in the streets learning the game.of hard knocks between the few cars that would trundle buy.

Now our lot and age 5 to 8 into academies but the current day stars are often from places like salah and mane and learned in the school of hard knocks too.

Mbappe can't be worth that much, when he is free next year. He clearly wants to go to Madrid, so just wait a year

I think he promised PSG that he wouldn't leave on a free. Hence the mad rush to go this season ...

All PSG need do is say yes. If real increase that offer they should be raided by the police and put in a mental asylum before they further self harm.

This is a free transfer all day long. If all have agreed then they have agreed. If the player wants to ruin his career go sign a new contract with the semi pros. no problem. you'll have all the dirty cash in the world.

Its nonsense to pay 160mil for a player you can do a free transfer pre contract in just over 3 months time.

When you're a pro footballer a year is 10% of your prime-earning career span... And that's if someone from Everton doesn't horror-tackle you.

Whatever decision he makes, I can't see it making much of a dent in his earnings potential.
Unless he came to us of course.

If he only gets 300k a week instead of 400k a week then he would be missing out on 5mill a year. The poor lad might starve.
