All you guys worried about transfers etc, are just failing to see the long picture. This season is all about survival and spending as little money on players as possible. Next summer we will have the marque signing that everyone is is clamouring for. Radz is just saving the pennies so that come 1st July 2022, he will be able to bid £64,000,000 for Erling Haaland, when Haaland's release clause becomes active. Obviously the above flight of fancy totally falls apart if someone like Chelsea decides to pay £150m + either in this or January's transfer window for him. NB : Please note that I have just started some new medication, so I may be making even less sense than normal
So on top of the issues with squad size, we now find out that we will lose a shed load of players on International duty before the season gets going ffs. Cooper, Dallas Koch, Llorente, Rodrigo, Phillips, Roberts, Raphinha…. Shall we just hope they all come back fit
