A much better feeling tonight <ok>

And Bournemouth are no mugs, as we know, they will be fighting for promotion again.

We can’t expect those several calamitous bits of defending in the Premier League, but if we can lift some of that slick passing and hassling of the other team then I think we will be in with a shot.

Got to start a front three of Tzolis Sargent and Rashica at the weekend. All three seem to be good going forward and at defending from the front. All capable of rotating into one another’s positions as well
Midfield three of Mclean Sorensen and Gilmour behind them.
Williams Gibson Hanley Aarons at the back

Much as I love Pukki and Cantwell, I'd love to see it.

I didn’t see the game, it’s harsh on Dowell but I can’t fit him in ahead of that team. Same with Cantwell, there will be games for those two and of course Pukki and Idah.
Just goes to show the depth we have this season.

What this really shows is the depth we have now and that will tell over the whole season.

    Edit: Snap Suffolk! <laugh>

The only changes I would make would be Aarons for Mumba Gibson for Zimmermann even though that would be harsh and Krul because Gunny was a spectator tonight.

    Hanley for Zimmermann?

I think Farke will keep it closer to the team last week though

For me, this match shows, though we all felt it, how much more strength in depth we have now - if you want to set us apart from our last PL campaign. I don’t see our second XI managing to beat a top Championship side 6-0 two years ago.

If he sticks to his unchanged Liverpool 11 and they fall flat again then the buzz from tonight would be killed until the next round of the cup.

I'm guessing the training sessions this week will be more fun and nobody's place will be safe.

    Perhaps Max
