    I have no idea what it is, dosent look like any platform ive ever seen, it looks like what ever it is has an arm? why would there be a platform to clean one individual window <laugh>

    Here is the windows being cleaned, the machine at the top which lowers the cleaners was clearly not in use that day so that rules out a window cleaning platform <doh>

    so looks what "everbody" thought was wrong.
