I get you. And I so want to see Summerville, Geldhart etc. given a run out but I’m not sure that’s because they are all being talked up so much, probably they’re not ready but if that is the case they shouldn’t even be on the subs bench. No one you’re not prepared to use should be on it imo
The doom and gloom is fkn depressing! I thought Roberts looked lively whennhe came on. He tries too many flicks and tricks but he gets stuck in. Two games in and we need to hide the knives from some posters. There are no easy games in the Prem so you have to earn every point. We haven't hit form yet, hopefully when Llorente gets back we'll be better.
We proved today we can work hard. Everton were a lot more knackered than us at the end, though they did have the better opportunities. Who do we drop when Llorente is fit?
I've just read the comments on the BBC site and from both sets of supporters they say it was a fantastic game. Great to see a full Elland Road for the first time in the Prem and a fair result. I missed the first half but it was Everton settling for the draw at the end. I would prefer to watch that than if we stuck 8 at the back all season and stayed up by a point. The same as last year, we're going to entertain. Bring it on.
