Or introduce a third dimension (z axis) which would be 'investment'. I expect it would still be (was it) middle of bottom third (I cant find the original category)? It would be interesting how all three compare across the leagues. Actually, I am slightly geeky in terms of sport, but would it ****.
Interestingly, when Dike signed for Barnsley they were 12th in the league iirc. After he signed, they won 7 games on the bounce and moved into the play-off positions for the first time all season. Some impact he made in his short loan there. Had Barnsley won promotion, there was a clause in place for them to sign him permanently for $20 million. Would he come to Hull on loan, even if it meant the chances of a permanent deal after were close to zero? Probably not. I reckon if he goes anywhere this summer, it will be to someone like West Brom or Bournemouth or Fulham. But the fact Barnsley were able to sign a player like him on loan for six months and his goals contributed to their play-off push means there are options like him for us to potentially sign. I know our previous experiences with the likes of Proschwitz have made us wary of signing forwards with no experience in English football but I’d rather take a punt on loaning a highly-rated youngster from the MLS than a journeyman like Grigg who can’t even get a game in League One.
You Capitulated. 'We tried not to be told what to accept.' We accepted. Good on Ya! **** off. You've been played like an out of tune fiddle. The Allams have won.
Don't worry too much my friend. You can get help. Have you checked the mental health sticky at the top?

lol i couldnt resist. in this day and age of walking on eggshells and not being able to say what you want for fear of offending someone or negging or gaslighting or whatever newfangled snowflake term pops up next. i do actually suffer from mental illness but atm i'm swimming above it and the black dog is a golden labrador puppy.
I suffer mental illness myself, Chillo. Its a very good thing that we haven't lost our sense of humour. That's so important.
yup. i find that trying to think of a funny line in my head sidetracks me from collapsing into my brains short circuit loop that cant see a way out of anything. the days when i cant see the point in humour can be bleak but luckily when i go home to punch the wife her chin is a lot stronger than anthony joshuas and a bit of disfigurement now and then makes her prettier.
