    With Lucas suspended for the Norwich game who do you think should play in his place?

    Or maybe a change of formation instead of playing a DM?

    I think this type of game we don't need him as much, I think Hendo can slot in there.

    Not knocking Norwich - but It's at home so surely we can get away with a full on offensive team and have Adam and Gerrard in the middle.

    I agree we should be able to get away with a more offensive formation for this one.

    Got to be Spearing DM surely. I think even in an attacking line up a dm is needed to provide cover, only 2 I can think of who can play there are Spearing or Gerrard and I would much rather see Gerrard closer to goal. Spearing can count himself unlucky I think to have had so little football as he was excellent end of last season. He deserves a chance and if he aint going to get it when Lucas is out whats the point in keeping him
