Tomahawk steak with Hasselback potatoes tonight

 

Chicken curry, it is Saturday after all.

 

Big effort there, little rare for me but not by much.

 

Anyone tried monkfish?

I've got 2 fillets, but undecided as what to do with them.

Seems quite a rare fish.

 

Yes, it’s ****ing lovely.

In some foil with butter and garlic. Stick it in the oven. About 10mins should do it

 

Been watching some vids. Oven seems the way, especially after my cod the other night.

 

Yes lovely stuff, ugly looking fish though.

Yes mate, cooked in the oven but will try in a pan tomorrow.

Lovely meaty fish. One of my favourite.

 

I could happily live out the rest of my days just eating Keema naan and some hot pickles.

Making a Ragu. Going to add mushrooms not sure if that's allowed.

 

The missus is making summat. No idea what it is but it smells nice.

 

Once you've doused it in ketchup and gravy it'll be right.
