You weren’t wrong, no where near fit, Nige got the subs completely wrong today. I get they’re both young and maybe protecting them from too many games , but not sure what NP was trying to achieve taking our most affective players off.
Lost a lot of our game. We desperately need a RB and a forward that scores like theirs did. Hits the post and comes straight back him. The ball bounces away from our forwards.
I do worry we don’t have enough goals throughout the team. Apart from Martin. Wells and Weiman who else is going to chip in?
I know we got beat tonight, I know that is 12 home game without a win, I know some people might call me forever the optimist but in my humble opinion the football we played tonight was not that bad, we were not dominated, the team had spirit and effort, we lost by a cracking goal, the football is better, the team is fitter,it's obvious we need to strengthen the squad but we are broke, the money has all gone, we have to march on with what we have got and by what I have seen this season our team are not that bad, better than for quite a while. We are only 4 games in, the plates are still spinning.

Had it on but only watched bits, of what I saw, not enough players prepared to to take the bull by the horns and have a dig..we do seem a bit better overall from later stages of last season, still that final bit of quality missing....Not too many comments from me as didn't see enough of the game..
It was a decent performance to be fair, no real complaints although I thought the officials were shocking but they aren’t the reason we lost, we are just poor and lack quality in the final third and attacking areas.
Fine margins is my take. How did Martin miss the chance, I'll never know. How often does a forward score from a one/two with a post from 20 yards. ? Rare, but it suited Swansea's possession game. Fine margins but I agree with Ashton about the subs and the overall thrust of Wiz's comments.
We played more football this season than the whole of last season. Just need to score the goals we will be fine.
