According to Belgian outlet Voetbal Belgie, Leeds have thrashed out personal terms on a contract with Lang and his representatives ahead of his potential move. The Whites are now claimed to be in negotiations with Club Brugge as they look to work out an agreement over a fee. It has been suggested that Leeds are making progress in talks with the Belgian giants as they aim to wrap up a deal for Lang.The winger is keen on the move and recently rejected an offer of a new and improved contract from Club Brugge.

I've been thinking for a while that the players can only live with Marcelo's intensity for so long. Jokers like Alioski help relieve the pressure, which was my main argument for keeping him. Do we have others like him in the squad? If not morale could really suffer.

I could forgive a narrow defeat this weekend. Everton are decent on their day. If we lost to a Burnley side we beat comfortably twice last season on top of an Everton defeat then I will join Shaks and Co in a state of worry.
