Why not go for Waghorn and Brady in january or is that what where already doing? Brady - Is a great player but he won't get in the Manchester United team and we have a good understanding with them so this deal could happen if we have the funds. Waghorn - Again a good playey and with Lecister trying to buy the League and them purchasing Beckford i think the Waghorn deal could go ahead again if we have the funds Anyone Else Agree and Is there anyone we should keep an eye on?
with brady being at least 3 years off being ready for Man Utd, IMO, the only chance City would have of buying him still would be to allow Man Utd a 1st option buy back clause. But with the vast array of talent in the MU ranks this deal maywell happen if n ot in Jan then next summer. As for Waggy mark.2 deal, well that may have been completed already abelt post dated. We shall soon find out. As for others, well that depends on just how much The Allams will allow NP to spend. Looking around i am sticking with Nicky Maynard as he will go on the cheap in Jan otherwise Bristol City will lose him for nothing next summer. Hull City do have players to offer in exchange ? Messrs Harper - Simpson and maybe Olifinjana to sweeten the deal overall for them. IMO. But overall there is very little else needed me thinks.

If Maynard became available I think teams such as Leicester will be able to outspend us! Maynard becoming available could indirectly pave the way 4 Waghorn to join us permanently
Think at best, City will extend both loans and Waghorn will sign at the end of the season. There's no rush to sign him right now. Brady still probably has a couple of years left at United on his contract, and unless he wants to move, he will still be at Man U.

Though as you've raised it, if we can find a new home for McShane in January, I think we should look at a loan move for Kilgallon.
A loan extension for Brady and a Permanent switch for Waggy look to be our top priorities. Whether we try and make any big signings depends on our league position and our chances of going up. I wouldn't be suprised to see us pick up some more bargains from somewhere.
We still need a CB now, regardless of McShane. We needed one in the summer and nothing's changed. We've been lucky that neither CB has got injured but if they did we'd be ****ed.

we all know that tag is joint shared by Man City and Leicester City. Maynard will no longer cost silly amounts due to the time left on his contract. Ive previously mentioned that NM may choose to see the season out @ Bristol and do his own thing next summer. We shall all find out in Jan.
It's a fair point, so in the name of ambition, I now think that in January we should bid for Maynard, Nolan, Lambert, Noble, Snodgrass, Tomkins and Cole, that should see us up no bother.
