Thought I'd Tosin this info: Adarabioyo is a former England youth international and represented the country on 14 occasions between the under-16 and under-19 levels, although he is yet to make his senior debut for England. He also remains eligible to represent Nigeria through descent. As you were saying perhaps SaintInKuwait
Wouldn't make loads of sense, as he had a 10m release clause that expired last month. He'd be more now, at a guess.
I think there are MUCH better defenders out there than who we have been linked with so far. Problem is we wont find them on Lastminute.com which is where we are shopping ...again. Of the links I've seen recently I'd go for Ethan Ampadu. Young but experienced, can play in the midfield, great pedigree and shared history with the other chelsea recruits.
He apparently favours Celtic ahead of us anyway. Does sound a little bit strange, a 23 year old coming from the Irish League to the PL. Usually players are snapped up much earlier from there. You’d think any player coming through would need a bit of a stepping stone move if they are going to make it in the PL
On balance that would probably be a better move for him after he's weighed it up (coming from a different angle!)
