Any idea why Philips has been left out?

There are signs from McGurk, Miller and Bate that they are going to be a good fit. Drameh is top class as ever, Gelhardt has been unlucky but been out injured. Jenkins seems to have stepped into thePhillips role with ease. Liking it so far although ring rusty yet

Good game. Four goals, two missed penalties, nine yellow cards and one red.

    All over 1-3 Leeds win
Klaesson pulling off a few top saves in the kast 15mins, so must be happy with his performance. Cody Drameh takes man if the match but some promising performances that can only get better with time as this group jell together.

Spurs at TA next Monday to do it all again

Shame the Spurs match is not at ER.

It's school holidays and I'm sure lots of us would have taken the kids for an afternoon/evening out.

Saying that though don't we play Crewe that week ?

I’m sure I read WJ saying TA is still closed to the public?

Jenkins looks a baller. signs were there last season. but, defo is kicking on again been impressed with him pre season and again last night.
Was my MOM just ousting Drameh. What a ball for Summerville for his goal.

Yes until that decision is reviewed again in October.

That's why it would have made more sense for the U23's to play at a stadium (York, ER or wherever) so fans could go and watch.

October is correct. Only parents are being allowed to watch for now, & that's very recent. It's all about sporting bubbles, if that's what it's called & keeping the players isolated from the general public. Not sure if you're aware, but only allowed to play 3 games a season at TA in this league. Remainder are split between ER & York. Sadly, we'll miss 2 of them.

Still lively but Leeds on top with Joffy with a one on one saved by the keeper, Miller doing his thing from out wide and just missing the target. McGurk with some lovely touches

Struggling at my end getting this game and reading live texts. Leeds on top and should be 2-0 up but then seeing we have gone 0-2 down in no time through falling asleep. Much tougher league this season, so need to concentrate

    29. Bate finds the run of Greenwood who gets to the byline. He crosses, his effort is deflected and loops to the back post where Joffy is waiting. The former Wigan man makes no mistake to volley home. 1-2... game on.
