If Wright is to come back in, I hope it's in place of Flanno. If Doyle needs a break (and I'm not sure he does) then Alves could step in. Personally, injuries permitting, I'd leave the defence as it is.

i know the thug is no longer there but if burton play the '****housery game' they have gone for in the past the young lads could be sucked in and after such a good start from them i would hate to see any confidence take a knock, other than that i have complete faith in them.

Is Evans definitely confirmed as being out? I thought I’d seen LJ say that he might be ok.

Hopefully O’Nien is well enough to start otherwise I can see a situation where either Alves or Wright come in with either Alves or Flanagan at RB and Winchester in with Neil in the middle

Anyone got any news on the Onion and Evans injuries.

Are they minor or are they weeks off playing.

These 2 are our first choice centre pairing and although we have cover I would feel happier the sooner we get them two back in.

Thanks again for all your good work RTB on making this board what it is. I will be happy with a draw, but a win would set us up for the home games, if that was needed. Our squad is building nicely and there is still time to add a couple more, to make it even stronger, we are heading positively in the right direction, and the competition for the top spots, while never looking stronger, could just be to our advantage over a full season OaU.

    Not sure
    - Evans walked off and had to go all around the pitch. Could be impact or muscle injury.
    - O'Nien has an 'illness' so your guess is as good as mine.

    Hahahaha just read it.

    https://burtonbrewers.proboards.com/thread/4673/sunderland-home

Who the fook do these little tinpot
Shìtty clubs think they are slagging off the mighty Sunderland ? :D

Seriously, I think most us fans realise we are where we are through being shìt.
But the fact is we are a big club who've been at the top and aspire to get back there.

Utmost respect to supporters of smaller clubs but some make me laugh when they call us shìt then proclaim they're really up for this one and want the win :D
