Yeah, its true. Burnley are trying to steal our breakfast right from our players, we are angry about it. It will not stand.

Next thing you know its 2 or 3 goals up and you can tap it about and move on to the next **** trying to steal off your plate.

We should pass through this lot. they are slow as f. nothing to threaten us on the ground imo. They will target tsimikas though imo

    Pope
    Lowton Tarkowski Mee Taylor
    Gudmundsson Westwood cork Mcneil
    Wood Rodriguez.

    Big, slow, yard dogs ;)

I'd want to play through them and play a few more Crossfield balls than we did v norwich, I think if we are too slow and cautious with the ball we will let this lot get fully set.

We have Matip and VVD who can deal with their aerial threat as well.

They'll play two deep and narrow banks of four, possibly five in midfield. They'll defend the box and look to counter or get a set piece. That's literally it, and its worked for them against us fairly recently too.

    Yeah, one track minds.

The key is to go quick when it is on. We need to move it faster when theres a ball on.

in may we hockeyed this lot
    their side was

    Norris (poep was out injured)
    Lowton Tarkowski Mee Taylor
    Gudmundsson Westwood cork Mcneil
    Brownhill
    Wood

    Our team was:
    Alisson
    Trent Phillips williams Robertson
    Thiago Fabinho Windy
    Salah firmino mane

in january we lost 0-1 to them after conceding a stupid late pen.
    Their team was
    Pope
    Lowton Tarkowski Mee Taylor
    Brady Westwood cork Mcneil
    Wood Barnes

As i recall we easily thumped them then has a total panic attack after barnes got one run at us and we fell apart.

    In Jan our team was

    Alisson
    Trent Matip Fabinho Robertson
    Shaqiri Thiago Windy
    Ox Origi Mane

Huge difference in quality of sides form us. We could hammer them with the cbs we had out but the rest of the team was good.

all in all theres little to worry about from Burnley for a top 4 side, its all about not falling for the set play and stretching them out and playing good passes in to feet in the box.

    salah to score 2.

<peacedove>Early kick off on Saturday Liverpool at home to Burnley. Last season Burnley won here by one goal.
This is going to be a tricky match because Burnley lost their first game of the season.
I believe Liverpool are going to be ready for this. Burnley ended Liverpool's 68 unbeaten home game last season.
The same man that gave the dodgy penalty is the referee .MIKE DEAN
