I've been quite happy with keita so far, getting around the pitch well, pressing high up. Ox less involved, but seems to be more disciplined in his positioning. Not exactly been a rip roaring start to the season, but there is more to come.
Norwich really powder puff. Nice pretty passing in midfield and at the back but just fizzle out in the final third. really disappointed if we don’t put 3 or 4 past them.
We are just playing into it, taking few risks. Yes ox has been disappointing but the general shape is decent and we have been comfortable enough.
Ox is covering trents forward runs quite well tho, been a bit quiet for it. Been ok tho nothing bad imo
Keita probably been the best of the midfield trio so far. Ox is anonymous. Milner is Milner. LBs looked alright going forward but bit shaky defensively. Got nutmegged near the end too
Really like Tsimikas too. Has this vibe about him down that left like hes always looking to make something happen, i like it Got a right foot too, which is nice
Imo that's the issue, he's been more busy and eager to get this chance but then he serves up a rather average half.
Anyway just the first game. The fact that we have Thiago hendo Fabinho Jones amd Elliot yet to try out themselves in midfield is encouraging.
They've had their inspirational speech at ht. All fire and pep. Hammer one in quick and see them wilt imo
