Tbh I agree with that .. harsh lesson in taking chances I'm afraid but tbf to QPR they've looked dangerous all game
The consolation might be that QPR may be a play off team this season... BUT, a big reality check...!!
As I said in last week's thread .. there'll be good days and dark days .. this is the reality check we feared .. simple as that
It will be a very long season if we defend like we have done today against what will probably be a mid table QPR side. No great shakes and with liability De Wijs at the back we didn’t even put him under pressure, knowing that he crumbles under pressure.
We need a CF that can hold the ball. Knock it into McGennis and your 90% guaranteed to have coughed up possession.
