It's similar to Sean Dyche in that respect and older, superstar players just won't do it, even if they could handle the workload. Burnley found out the limitations to having a small, tight, gritty squad when they qualified for Europe and had a game every few days. It's too much. It's also best suited to having a decent turnover in the transfer market, as players burn out. Pochettino had to switch away from that aspect of his coaching, which he learned from Bielsa, as our players couldn't deal with it.
