So Elland joined me on a podcast to talk Leeds United You can listen here, will also be on Apple, Spotify etc. https://anchor.fm/talktalk/episodes/Leeds-United---Elland-From-Not606-e15sp3v Please be kind with the comments Oh, and if you think you're hard enough, please message me and I'll get YOU on as a guest during the season ... potential sidekick spot available
I might be muddling things up (senior life, not senior moments these days!), but I'm pretty sure Billy has mentioned playing footie at a high level in SA. Could be talking pish again, right enough.
Sorry WJ, I think Eric's comment went straight over your head The Drakenberg is a very long mountain range in South Africa, hence Eric's response to your question about playing at a high level.
indeed .. check your inbox, invitation on the way from Madame Fifi for you to be a guest on their show ... knitting still your speciality?
Joking aside some great work on the podcast Billy. For me Man City, Chelsea, Scum and Liverpool (due to returnng injured players) will all be stronger this season. The rest is much of a muchness but judging by Brentford's performance last night the league below the Top 4 will be very competitive indeed. That's why we can't take survival for granted and neither should anyone else. That said, I'm still hopeful we can push on and challenge for the Top 6.
Think my own optimistic view is that Everton, Spuds, Palace and Everton will all be weaker n new regimes. WHU will be weaker as they lost Lindgard and a couple more but not added yet. My top 4 same as yours and Leicester will be good too. Everyone else will be weaker and hardly any business done
