Seems to just be an 18 year old playing football for the club he’s grown up supporting. Just doing what anyone of us would do in that situation as well, good lad and hope he makes an impact this season. Be nice to have another young player come into the team to add some energy and fresh blood along with Jones
Im really excited to see what he can do this season, Klopp said thats why hes staying and not goin on loan. Great news i think, the kid is just ridiculously talented for his age imo. Games at this level with the players we have is exactly what he needs now.
Yeah. He got 8 goals 11 assists I think it was last year. Those numbers are decent for anyone let alone a 17/18 year old who was only on loan so thrust into a team he didn’t really know.
At this point Elliott is already neck and neck with Jones for a midfield slot. One left, one right side. It makes sense to me that shaqiri goes as literally all he offers is a set piece over and above Elliott.
People forget what value was previous very quickly. 36 mil when we bought him was a good price at the time. Not a bargain. The fees have doubled in a short time and now we'd struggle to find a player for under 50mil that's in genuine demand The inflation in fees is disgraceful and given the losses with the pandemic the fact "some clubs" seem totally unaffected just shows how awash with cash the thing is and how much a rip off it is for the match going fans. Literally these clubs could hand out free tickets every week it seems.

There was a hendo clip of agane kast year where someine recorded him all game, shouting and hollering at his team mates, i thought that was very interesting tbh. Would like that as an option on the telly
To be honest, they couldn't show his actual footballing ability since he has very little so they had to pick the thing he's good at - shouting and pointing.
I'd say if you.got to stand watching the lad play youd be astounded at how good he is. The fact is no matter how.much we critique them relative the to top top players these guys are absolutely astoundingly good.
