Stating stuff like that on the web is certainly uncalled for however there were no threats made and i think 8 months is a bit harsh but it will sure send the message out, hes been made an example of and no doubt he will come across a few angry hoop supporters in the nick...good luck...

The Scottish Government is cracking down on sectarian behaviour and the police and courts need to be seen to take action. I suspect it might be his previous record that's seen him sent down for eight months though.

A fear of homophobes? I visited Dundee once abou 10 years ago. Didn't like it, especially the horrible orange tunnels leading to and from the train station. The boat was quite nice though.
