Yeh im the same with oeriod drama **** mate but the crown isnt typical boring **** like most of those things. Surprisingly good. And im really not into the subject matter either. The the feckin wire watched bro. Its the best tv show ever made.
Watched Jason Bourne for the first time last night. Never bothered seeing it before because the previous two were so ****, expected the same but it was fcking excellent.
You seen breaking bad? I’d ignore that long list I saw a few posts up…some right overrated mass hysteria ****e in there
Black mass was decent Also @Treble maybe you can explain. i watched once apon a time in Hollywood. Its a good watch but like whats the whole point of it? it ended and my first reaction was "is that it? Like there was half a story kinda Maybe ill have to watch it again
Bro I posted this on page 346... Kinda like you posted But then after I posted a few peeps have said it links into the Manson murders at the time which I then read up on and it gives the film more edge. And @luvgonzo told me to accept it's excellent and to shut the fck up. For me though I loved it for the performances of the two main actors. Pitt was particularly good as I posted at the time.
Right yeh i was the same at the end too, good watch but just went nowhere until the home invasion then it was done basically. Missed any links to the manson murders, unless that was the hippy community pitt went to with the girl? Im giving it a 6.4/10
Oh. Well its a very loose link then. Infact i cant remember any indication that was the manson lot until they go piggy Killin in the hills, I guess that's it. Didnt realise at the time tbh
The premise was that the Manson family go to the wrong address (where di caprio lives) and therefore Sharon Tate and friends survive ... so an alternative history, if you like. Good film
Im not clued up on the manson thing so just went over my head tbh. Yeh good film but not much point to it, or any real story imo anyway
'Sadie' 'Katie' and Tex, the 3 that Pitt and the dog confront were real characters in the family ... Charlie himself knocks on the door earlier in the film ....
