The U-23s are playing Fulham U-23s at the SoL on Monday 16th at 1900hrs in their first game of the season. £3 adults, a quid for over 65s and a quid for kids. Tickets are available on the E-Ticketing site now, west stand blocks towards the SWC.
And the E-Ticketing site looks like it's had an overhaul as well. Hopefully Ticketmaster have made it useable.
The new layout is a lot better. You can view all of the available seats at once rather than select an individual block.
Should make it easier to see roughly how the tickets are selling for each game. It literally changed on me about 30seconds after I logged in. I refreshed it and the fonts and everything had changed
How **** is that? I won't know til maybe 6pm if I can get there, but I'm not pissing about unless I can just turn up and get in.
Been tempted to take the kids to the match but it’s a bit too late and they’ll be knackered, my girls are only 5 and 7. Shame they can’t start these games earlier to get more parents and kids in.
Only if you buy an e-ticket once you know if you can get there. They will be on sale online right up until kick off.
Take them down mate, you can always come away at HT if they are tired. It's a good intro to the SoL which will be intimidating for them for a league game in full voice.
Yeah that’s why I want to take them to an u23 match. Although I took my oldest to the Celtic friendly game a few years back…if she can handle that she’s ready I’ll see what mood they are in tomorrow and may take them along anyway.
Looks like there’s a couple of hundred tickets shifted so far for this one. Much better playing at the SOL with a few fans than at the AOL with nobody there.
Good stuff. I've taken my son down to Hetton a good few times to see the U-23s and we just come away whenever. Sometimes stay until the end and sometimes come away after about 75mins or so. He likes the standing up and walking round the pitch down there. And hearing them swearing
Good stuff mate . I've been to a couple of u23 games at the SoL. I just drive down and park in the west stand car park. Don't think there will be any food kiosks open from memory so take a few snacks for the kids.
