Nigel Farage has been destroying the climate hoax on GB News over the last week or so.
He showed the claims that have been made over the years. None of them have happened.
How can the UK (with 1% of CO2 emissions) do anything effectively about climate change if China (with 27% of CO2 emissions), India, Russia and USA wont make a serious effort?

I'm doing a wee job in Hamilton just now.

The council want an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installed in some sheltered housing, the kit costs £8k.

Normally we'd fit a boiler at a cost of £1k.

A gas boiler normally operates and circulates water at 80°
The ASHP can only achieve 45°

This means that all the radiators need to be twice as big, or we need to have twice as many rads on site.

How exactly does this reduce energy consumption?

PS. the ASHP also needs quite a heave electrical load to operate.

The do want to implement digital IDs.
It's just so they can monitor your carbon footprint, made sure folk are paying their taxes and stamp out racism online, which in turn will lead to smart cities and intelligent planning.

Digital IDs don't bother me, it's not something that's going to be rolled out worldwide for some evil masterplan. They've been working on this for over a decade, and it'll be a few more decades before they even get close to rolling it out.
