Does he mean available to train with the group? If he’s at the Lodge he’ll already be training individually in isolation on a private pitch.
Are we just unlucky with the amount of times we hit the woodwork or are we trying to be too precise in our finishing? 3 times yesterday... 25 times last season!
Pretty sure he meant actual game selection as he'll be able to train with the group from Friday morning. I'm so confused. Something here doesn't add up.
Gil will joining up with us tomorrow as there’s apparently no training today. It sounds like similarly to Cuti, so long as he passes his covid test he can get stuck in straight away without needing to quarantine. May even be able to make the squad for Saturday with a small bit of luck if that’s the case, especially as the new ruling for this coming season is that we can name 9 subs on the bench, only 3 can still come on but gives a slightly wider scope to choose from and the possibility for academy players to get some time around the first team too.
My favourite bit of the goal is the hysterical dive by the Arsenal defender when he cannot get the ball off Tanganga. Surprised it didn't work with our experience.
I'm, sure it will surprise...some dust mites, maybe, to hear the words "Ndombele" and "overweight" in close proximity once again In response, let me just cop/paste a comment from r/coys (Conor) Coady in an interview said that you never ask why, you just work harder. Apparently it is a thing Nuno does. Fear and deep respect are the main tones of his leadership apparently. Not friendship.
I think that John and Paskotsi did themselves the most good in the pre-season matches. Not surprised to see either of them in that list, at all.
Ndombele looking remarkably lean and cheerful for an overweight malcontent. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2021/08/...ns-think-24-year-old-looks-leaner-under-nuno/ Nuno may deserve some credit for his approach to fitness. I have some hope that either Ndombele or Gil can be the #10 Spurs need. The both have the technical ability and the creativity, even if they currently play elsewhere.
