I really don’t get why he doesn’t want to grasp the great opportunity that he has.
It’s one of the positions at Spurs where there isn’t that much competition and he has all the attributes to be a world class player. Imagine him with Kane’s attitude? (Bar the recent antics of course )
And the fact sissoko gets in the French squad ahead of him says it all as well.
I really thought the penny may have dropped last season but he seems as far away from fulfilling his potential as ever. If we could get anywhere north of £30 million I would bite their hands off. Even that is optimistic.
