Morgan and who else I wonder https://www.swanseacity.com/news/sw...DIBsM9fMku9M_QUAaknUl8UqhltfFvJf19BJmSI1kxtpP https://swansea.com/about.html
Takes about 2 years for a name change to become the norm. I worked on a few events involved in the Millennium becoming the Principality stadium - that stat was mentioned quite often. I still call them Opal Fruits though.
Totally naive of me I realise but the Swansea City Football Club stadium should have one name - forever. Not rename it every few years based on who can pay the most for the privilege. What next? "The McDonalds Happy Meal Stadium"? Then "The Lose Your Shirt, Sucker Stadium" etc., etc... Have a paying sponsor, by all means. At least it's got Swansea in the name - The Swansea.com Swansea stadium, snappy.
wasn’t it called the White Rock stadium when it opened? Like mentioned above I’m sure we will eventually get used to not mentioning Liberty…however think the “.com” business will naturally be abbreviated to be; The Swansea Stadium
Seriously embarrassing this new title for the stadium, I shall continue to call it the Liberty, it should only have a single name title, but this just reflects on the brain dead boardroom, this is what you get from halfwits..............
Given how painful watching the **** served up last season was, it should have been called the Anusol Stadium.
