No the 90's was definitely worse. I just think the reason it is more widely reported now is because a) More people are against it and b) Everything gets recorded these days, either on video, or on the internet. In the 90's I heard all kinds of horrible **** in pubs, clubs and just out and about. These days the only time I ever see racist incidents is from videos on the internet.
