It'll be up on Hansard fairly fast. I'll post the link when it does. For now: John Mann made a great speech. No **** there though.... Shows how important you are to the MP's
Liverpool supporters in every constituency in the UK, you get where castor oil wouldn't get and most of your MP's can't be arsed attending.
Full disclosure granted of cabinet documents, parliamentary documents, police documents and Sheffield city council documents relating to the tragedy. There will be pressure put on News International to release the name of the police mole that gave them the disinformation relating to Liverpool supporters being to blame and the disgusting lies about urinating on police, robbing from the victims etc. There was also a call that should anyone in authority at the time of the disaster that lied or broke any laws trying to pervert the course of justice should face criminal charges. A big thank you to Steve Rotherham and Andy Burnham for their fantastic work in finally winning this massive victory for the families. JFT96.
Steve Rotheram giving an impassion speech now. very good. good support from the nottingham & sheffield mps.
As you said Reb the MP's from Sheffield and Nottingham also played their part as did the big Geordie MP and the Liverpool born MP for Suffolk. All round great night for the victims, the families and for Justice.
Bout bloody time too, you watch though, some of the slimy bastards involved will try to take credit for this whilst forgetting they have done **** all for so long.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...illsborough-disaster-Commons-debate-live.html This is good to catch up.
It came to light that Norman Bettison a senior Sheffield copper at the time was responsible bossing a group within the force whos job it was to protect the police from blame and to continue to blame Liverpool supporters even after the Taylor inquiry exhonerated our supporters of any blame. The bastards reward was to become Chief Constable of Liverpool a few years later.
