FFS, it's the first f******g match of the season and this is the match thread. We have a great new owner, crowds back in after lockdown, club bringing in players from the top of the PL, massive support in the ground ... ... and people are whining about anything and everything. Can we not all have a day without this constant moaning or a dedicated thread where people can beat themselves up. This place is often described as a bunch of blokes in the pub which isn't far from the truth. And I can honestly say that, pre-match today, people droning on about thank you letters and marketing teams will be ignored at best and told to STFU and get a round in at worst. Come on lads, we know you all like a good moan but ffs look at @RTB's opening post .... ... we're lucky to have such a great match thread, please don't spoil it by bellyaching all day before we've even kicked off. Can we not just have a bit of daft fun and enjoy the day, please.
