He's been mediocre to awful in every season of his career save one in Turkey, where he was fantastic. I'm pretty dubious to say the least.
Hasn't stayed anywhere more than a season, over the last seven. It would be bizarre, if Palace ended up with the striker we apparently courted the most, while we get a guy that made 15 appearances for them.
I've actually liked all of our transfers this year? Part of the reason I've been dubious of a lot of our transfers in the past few seasons is that we've made quite a number of dubious transfers, heh.

On the positive side of things, how long have we been bemoaning the fact that we have a good manager but no money for him to build “his” team. If we were to get something like £70/£80m for JWP and Vestergaard that would give Ralph an opportunity to build something in his image
