This is the sort of swap deal I alluded too last night. I really don’t see us selling either Ndombele or Lo Celso but a swap deal if the right club and player arises could be a possibility. I’d take that deal all day long too, even if Coutinho is a good few years older.
If we're thinking that Ndombele doesn't suit the EPL but might suit La Liga then this kind of swap makes a lot of sense given that Coutinho is already proven in the EPL.
That’s shocking. To be fair I’ve heard Jordan Jarrett Bryan speak a few times on racism in football and he’s always been very impressive. You might expect him to call that out straight away but he’s probably still thinking “what the **** did I just hear?”
Not sure about the Coutinho link. Given we’re looking likely to play 433 and Coutinho was sold because he didn’t fit that system for Liverpool, I’m not sure he’s the right one. Still a good player there though.
