Just a small problem with your theory: I have already had two shots of graphine oxide with nanotechnology from those dastardly bods at Oxford/AstraZeneca, so that does not make me very anti vaxx. It cannot be working as I am still not 5G - perhaps only those dastardly bods at BioNTech/Pfizer had that network upgrade (it is in the mRNA).
