So what your saying is, we put them in the order of how fast we think they are and just skip the whole qualifying bit? And no, Perez isn't necessarily faster than Bottas. Bottas has a fair number of poles for Merc. It's all about what you do on the day. Not sure if Perez isn't getting to grips with the car or just suffering the RBR #2 syndrome. And who knows if he could have bettered it with another lap.
Bad calls, but perhaps more worryingly for them they just havent looked quick at a track that should in theory suit their car.
Lewis has absolutely smashed him there to be fair. Half a second - that is some lap. Dutch crowd behaving a little like football fans- bit of a shame they’ve seen it the same way as Horner and Max. Zandvoort will be like a cauldron.
I think Merc played a blinder there. Bit of payback to horner and Co for the sagging off they gave Lewis. This really is going to be game on.
