This Football review letter sounds really promising if they can bring the recommendations to pass. Not sure about the implications for the takeover as I suspect this will be much longer term. Think that the owners are not going to be too pleased as the golden share proposal probably wipes something off the value. I agree their need to be changes to parachute payments but owners of the bottom 10PL teams and top 10EFL teams will presumably be dead against this. As written it could lead to a massive shake up of the football structure but she also points out that similar recommendations were made in 2011 and nothing happened. Think this reorganisation though is far more important than our possible takeover. I might have to start another thread.

There's plenty of time and they don't need that much really. Willock is looking like a good chance and thats a top signing for us. If they get one or two of that quality then it's a good window. They'd have a strong first 11 at least anyway
