Each to their own, they have far more exuberance and vivacity than 30 year olds. I think the convo has digressed slightly on the age. I thought it initially started with 17 year old females and 25-27 year old males. I know plenty of people throughout my life that have had 8-10 year age gaps, I thought someone even on this forum said there was an 8 or possibly 10 year gap, between them and their longterm partner. So Im not sure how the hell we've ended up going down this route of calling them ****s. Even retirement age use to be set at a 5 year age gap! Because of the age difference in sexes. Although I hasten to add American law does have tougher rules than UK law on age of consent.

As long as it's consenting adults I generally couldn't give a flying fck who's sleeping with who. But the situation with Epstein and Maxwell (and probably Prince Andrew) is different, it's about exploitation. At best it's grooming, at worst it's coercion... of young vulnerable girls by powerful individuals.
Also the law is different in some US states. To have sex with a 17 year old, as something like a 25+ year old could be illegal. No such law applies in the UK, in the same context.

I think his career at the highest level is ruined either way though. If you're in TV or film you can probably overcome it if it's shown to be a load of bollox, but as a player going out onto the pitch with thousands of fans on your back, and a club trying to protect its rep, it's not as easy.
