The thing is people are expecting the consortium to comment. They cannot as they are not party to proceedings. They cannot comment on what happened yesterday. Staveley can't. PIF can't. Reuben can't. It is contempt of court to do so. They won't know why the case has been adjourned.
They can come out and say they support the cases and that they still want to buy us. They have not done so.
Can we just ban the people that think it's off please? Open them up a new thread where they can keep telling themselves it's off on there.

She doesn't though. She said that she wanted arb to be public and that she was confident. It goes to CAT and that is far more damaging for the PL.
I’d support that, but I’d like the other thread to be called “Have you seen what they’re clinging on to in the Takeover thread now!?” - we can silently read what’s happening in here, then go and roll our eyes together in ‘our’ thread. That way we get everyone from each camp staying in their own ghettos and avoid all the unpleasantness
So basically… Ashley pointed his Missile at PL… they ****ed around and dodged so he’s now pointing his Nuclear Missile and there’s no escaping its fallout zone
NUFC/ Ashley has played Bird and Bird at their own game and won. They have used delay tactics to bring forward CAT and get a public hearing. CAT now is the most important case. Not arbitration. The PL cannot rely on Rule 34 now. CAT precedes arb by at least 6 months. The PL can no longer ask for an extension due to lack of resource. They cannot realistically ask for it to be thrown out. CAT can make an award under s.47A - Compensation and/ or an injunction forcing through a takeover. If I am right it is an absolutely genius move.
