Well I just went through his twitter posts and couldn't see it so not sure if he has deleted it or not. I have a sneaking suspicion that something might be in the offing.
People are so pathetic. Twitter should be ****ing burned to the ground, it's an abhorrent place. The internets equivalent of a ****ing crack den. The thought that the PL, backed by Bird & Bird, would rock up with some print outs of the PIF website is inscrutable. The issue here is that Mike Ashley is bringing the action - not the Saudi's. Subsequently I don't see how he has any evidence supporting the view that the KSA government won't be able to intervene in the club directly. Or that they have the clubs best interests at the front of their thinking. There's just SO MUCH doesn't add up. Ashley has spoken before about inability to attract part equity investment for the club - yet PIF are talking about owning 80%, so why doesn't Ashley retain 20% and sell the remaining 80% to PIF directly? Or 50/50, to reduce their risk if they're just taking a punt? Why couldn't/wouldn't PIF set up Abu Dhabi Sports Enterprises (whatever) and set it all up legally, separately? It would take a couple of grand tops to get this done. Then they could buy what they want, easily and with impunity. They could name MBS as the chair and have him down as director and pass the test. There's something off about it, always has been, and at the centre is Mike Ashley and Amanda Staveley. One is a court-proven liar, the other has a standard process for trying to leverage acquistions.....oh, and who is ALSO a proven bullshitter after the Barclays case found against her. The person who comes out of this with the most credit is.....Simon ****ing Jordan. He's always been correct, and is correct saying fans marching to the PL was naïve, that anyone believing Staveley is gullible, that if Ashley really wanted to sell he could. If fans want to listen to anyone, it's him - whether you like what he says or not.

Change the record Roly mate you we t on like this fur months after pif withdrew then arbitration was announced. Just realise and accept its factually not over. We can debate who's right or wrong when it's done.. Which it will be one day
I've accepted it's factually over. I've reconsidered, and now realise the PIF written statement withdrawing from the purchase last year was, in fact, closure. I've come to the further realisation that Ashley shouldn't be the one bringing any proceedings, he's the seller, and the fact the so-called buyers are nowhere near either legal action is far more telling than I first thought. Anyway, you think how you think, I'll think how I think. I also worry that waiting around for this club, under Ashley, to come clean and be honest is a total waste of time.
That's a big stretch. Only applies to CAT prioritisation too, not the kind of thing you'd say if expecting a settlement. It's too close to all that nonsense about NDM's photo clues.
I don’t. He’s invested a bit of money in this. I agree with your point about it is odd that it’s not PIF who are not taking the PL to ARB. Always found that bizarre myself.
Ashley has numerous examples of court cases where he spends and falls. Hell, Keegan was one. He’s still fighting Tony what’s his face over some golf course thing. He’s just a fat bully loves throwing his weight around, his track record in courts is abysmal.
