It doesn't matter what their excuse is. They have the situation in check mate as they know that, for this to go ahead, then the buyers have to present certain evidence that they know will never be forthcoming.
They have too. There is no other choice. There is not a day where MA, AS and co have sat back and said. “Ok we have waited 17 months we are happy to wait another 6 more”! This is a mess. I thought ARB was a case of “present your evidence” then deadline then “easy resolution”? This is anything but and a piss take day after 300 fans went to London. PL delay tactics have worked. I can’t believe this actually happening.

Fair enough and to be honest I feel the same. This takeover (and countless takeovers) have sapped the energy out of many of us. The losers here are the fans. You have to wonder if the statement about “both” parties not providing evidence is a complete lie. Why would NUFC delay or not supply evidence. On the other hand the PL just sit back, kick their legs up and say “we ain’t doing anything” and because of that ARB never gets resolved. This is corruption of the highest level being played out in front of all to see and because of legal tape it’s being allowed to happen.
